River Top, North Georgia

2500 square-foot custom designed house built into the mountainside in Talking Rock, Georgia.
Three bedrooms, plus an additional loft bunk room and separate adjoining studio space. All are connected by three levels of decks. The perfect place to retreat from city life.
This ambitious build seeks to defy the mountainside as it cantilevers out over the trees to capitalize on the view.
The clients wanted a bespoke design that would incorporate multiple break out spaces for relaxing and entertaining.
To take advantage of the stunning site below, the build continues down the slope to the river, ending with an entertainment deck over the water.

Perfectly located on the forested hills in Talking Rock Georgia. This four bedroom, three bath stretches out over three levels. It enjoys majestic views to the rear of the home where all the entertaining happens.

This fully customized craftsman design is the client’s dream forever-home, in Ball Ground Georgia. The unique interior focuses on a central open plan kitchen, dining and living with four bedrooms over two levels.
02. Everything Included With Round Table.
Designing with the end in mind. Our goal is to see each of our custom designed projects all the way through from design to construction. With that in mind, we seek to provide our clients with everything they need for a building permit, and support your contractor for a successful build.
For our part, we organize each project into two clear phases. Whether it is in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee or North Carolina the process stays the same:
Phase One - Design
We work closely with you to capture every need, want, and idea for your new customly designed home. Together, we refine the design until it fits your vision.
Phase Two - Detail
We create a complete, code-compliant set of documents for permitting and construction, ensuring your contractor has everything needed to build your home with confidence.
03. What Pricing Looks Like in 2025.
At Round Table Design Studio, we keep our pricing transparent and simple.
Projects start at $4,000 for custom homes up to 4,000 square feet, with an additional $1 per square foot beyond that.
We are here from start to finish of your design project. There are no hourly rates or surprise change-order fees — all the design services you need are included in our process.

We’re so confident in our custom design process that if our two phases do not lead to a building permit, we will refund your design fees in full.

A graduate of the University of Sydney, Australia and over 10 years of experience in the field. I’ve worked on everything from schools, to hospitals, universities and churches. Ultimately, I found my greatest passion for design in creating unique homes in the US, beginning one-by-one in North Georgia. Now I work with contractors and clients alike on some of the most enjoyable and challenging one-off custom builds throughout the whole South East.
